Casa Rosa Florists Terms & Conditions
  1. All prices quoted include Value added Tax at standard rate.(VAT Number 770 1846 28) All prices include postage and packing and delivery. (The Price You See is The Price You Pay)
  2. All goods supplied by Casa Rosa remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
  3. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Casa Rosa within 3 days of the delivery date.
  4. All products shown on this website may vary from the images. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received.
  5. Casa Rosa cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
  6. Balloons: We reserve the right to substitute a similar balloon if your chosen one is out of stock or out of production.
  7. Additional Options such as chocolates and teddy bears may vary from that shown but will be the same quality and weight.
  8. Balloons & Gifts, Mail order items: All online balloon & gift orders include delivery by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, a signature is required on delivery.Please note we do not recommend mail order items to be sent to NHS hospitals,as they are delivered to the post room.We do not guarantee delivery to the patient,and is done at your own risk.
  9. Flowers: Flower orders are sent through the Interflora rely service using a network of local florists, a signature is required on delivery.Should the recipient not be home we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a delivery has been attempted.
  10. Some flowers may be substituted from the image shown due to season and availability of flowers by the local delivery florist but will be of the same value.
  11. Proof of Delivery of all Products is obtained by a signature on delivery. Duplicate Payments or Orders Cancelled will be refunded the full amount minus the 4.5% credit card transaction fee we have to pay.
  12. Your order may be cancelled within 7 working days from receipt. Return delivery charges are payable however we will issue a full refund. Please note this does not apply to flower orders. AM/PM and dates are Prefered delivery times and not guaranteed .All efforts will be made to deliver on the specified date (priority is given to funeral flowers and will be delivered as requested).

  13. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
  14. Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that flowers will be delivered via a local florist and in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full if undeliverd.Your statutory rights are not affected
  15. All queries regarding disputed card transactions have to be referred directly to us in the first instance. Failure to comply with this will result in a £15 surcharge being debited from your credit / debit card to cover administrative costs.
  16. Hampers: These are made by Courier, Parcel Force, First Class Letter Post or DHL. Deliveries of orders placed on our website are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank and national holidays), during working hours. To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance etc., it is advisable to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We then aim to despatch the hamper to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before. We guarantee to replace any item damaged or lost in transit within the UK (UK deliveries include England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland).
 
Terms and Conditions of Website Use

Complaints
Complaints can be accepted by phone, fax, mail or email. We will respond by phone or email as appropriate with the next two working days. Although each case will be dealt with on its merits, the general policy is to refund or replace goods where they are found to have been substandard, not delivered or late delivered (ie outside the limits of our guarantees on delivery dates: . We will aim to resolve any complaint to our customers satisfaction within one week of the initial contact.
 
Payments
We accept payment by Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Switch.We recommend you order online using our secure order form or by phone.If using a credit card from outside the UK the currency conversion will be done by the credit card company.Your credit card details are encrypted before transmission.
